Yes — on any plan from 2 GB. We deploy a test copy of your site on our servers, check the links, and switch your domain over to us overnight into Sunday. Your old hosting stays for 30 days in case we need to roll back. Migration usually takes 1–3 days, depending on data volume and the number of sites. 02 Can I test it first? Yes — 14 days free on any plan, no prepayment and no card. We deploy a real copy of your site so you can check speed, the control panel, and backups. If it’s not for you, you don’t pay. If it is, we switch your domain at a time that suits you. 03 What about your uptime guarantees? We guarantee 99.95% uptime in the contract — backed financially. If the target isn’t met, compensation is credited automatically, without you asking. A public real-time status page, and an incident report within 5 business days. Reserve capacity on duplicate servers lets us switch over instantly if something fails. 04 What about GDPR and where is the data? All servers sit in Tier-3 data centers in Frankfurt and Falkenstein, EU-only by default. A data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the contract; the list of sub-processors is documented in its annex and in our Trust Center. Each client’s data lives in separate containers — no shared storage between clients. 05 Can I upgrade the plan at any time? Moving to a higher plan is instant, with no downtime. Moving to a lower one comes with a 7-day window for a smooth transition. You pay only for the actual days on each plan. 06 What if my site outgrows 16G — Scale? We move you to a dedicated server for your project — a separate contract and separate guarantees (SLA). That’s our DevOps & Hosting service.
