There was an idea, a brief and the client’s taste. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ There was no name and no logo before us — just the idea of a women’s lingerie store and the client’s taste. We had to build the brand from scratch: what it’s called, how it looks and what it says — so it would live on a storefront sign, on packaging and, later, online. After the offline stores launched, the task grew: the brand had to move into online sales. They needed more than a website — a store with easy product selection for the buyer and full inventory and CRM for the team. 03 — SOLUTION What we did. ------------ A full cycle under one contractor: first the brand and its physical presence, then an online store with payments, inventory and CRM. 01 \#BRAND ### A brand from scratch Name, slogan, logo and visual identity — we created the LAHIDNA brand from an idea into a coherent system built to last. 02 \#PACKAGING ### Packaging and advertising Print, product packaging and outdoor advertising design — the brand is equally recognizable in a buyer’s hands and on a sign. 03 \#STORE ### Online store Product categories with a convenient filter and product pages with size and color selection — easy for the buyer to find and choose. 04 \#PAYMENTS ### Online payments We connected payment systems — the buyer pays for the order right on the site, with no extra steps. 05 \#BACK-OFFICE ### Inventory and CRM For the team — convenient product and stock management plus a CRM for working with clients.
