They needed more than a page with courses — a full platform: students taking self-paced courses, booking one-on-one lessons with teachers, and paying online — all in one account. And behind the scenes — accounting: who taught how many lessons, how much to pay each teacher, how to handle payments. One system had to cover all of it, instead of spreadsheets and manual tallying. 03 — SOLUTION What we did. ------------ A learning platform on WordPress + LearnDash: self-paced courses, one-on-one lessons, online payments and automatic payroll — from the student to the books, in one system. 01 \#COURSES ### Self-paced courses Built on LearnDash — structured courses with lessons, quizzes and progress. Students learn at their own pace; the school sees the results. 02 \#LESSONS ### One-on-one lessons with a teacher Teachers create personal lessons for a student — not just ready-made courses, but live one-on-one work right inside the platform. 03 \#PAYMENTS ### Online tuition payments We connected payments — a student pays for a course or lessons right on the site, with no redirects or manual invoices. 04 \#PAYROLL ### Automatic payroll The system counts lessons taught and calculates teacher pay — accounting that used to live in spreadsheets is now automatic. 04 — TESTIMONIAL The client’s voice. ------------------- «> I’m very grateful to Oleh for building the site, and so glad I found him.
